Walk the 6ft wide concrete path leading from the house/driveway to the mere 12 steps to a covered single slip dock with a swim platform. This is a brand new custom-built 3500 sqft open floor plan ranch with a walk-out basement that has 2 steps to enter the front door. It sleeps 13 people with 4 bedrooms (one is a 2Q/2T bunk room), one couch with a trundle for sleeping in the basement rec room, and 4 full baths (2 on the main level one of which is the primary ensuite and 2 on the lower level).

... every bedroom has a view of the lake! The lot has a ton of character with beautiful boulders between the house and the lake. The house sits closer to the lake so you have more privacy and don’t look out to the neighboring homes. The same occurs when you look out over the lake you do not see any houses, you see a nature management area or boats on the water. The neighborhood is a mix of residents and rentals and is very quiet.
Free boat ramp 1 mile from house & year-round water at dock
You will pass the ramp as you drive to the house and can park up to 2 trailers at the top of the property and use the dock included with the property. You can keep 2 boats at the dock one in the covered slip. The dock is on year round water with a 3/4 covered swim platform and an easy to climb ladder. If you do not have a boat you are near several marinas within a 30 minute car ride from the house that rent boats and PWCs.
Wheelchair Friendly Entries
Have family that need wheelchair accessibility? The house has 2 steps to get into the main level where there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both have showers with hand held nozzles and one has a built in seat. The lower level can be accessed by wheelchair by going down the driveway at the side of the house (this is a hill) and entering through a slider door. On the lower level both baths have showers with built in seats.
All of your party's guests can relax on the screened porch, the deck, or the lower level porch watching boaters and surfers or watch the amazing sunsets. Fish from the dock or take a swim. Its all up to you what you do and no matter what create memories that will last a lifetime.
